LiveOnline@UT is the UT-branded name for Centra software from Saba, Inc. The Centra software is used to deliver live, interactive classes via the Internet.

Firefox 3 Browser
Problem: Upon attending a LiveOnline/Centra session, the Firefox 3 browser closes unexpectedly or returns an error and closes.
Cause: Unknown at this point but affects both XP and Vista operating systems.
Solution: Firefox 3 is currently not supported for use with LiveOnline/Centra. Please use an earlier version of Firefox or another supported browser.
For further information or assistance, contact the LiveOnline/Centra support team.

LiveOnline/Centra experts are available for faculty consultations in the Commons (North) each Tuesday afternoon from 1pm-4pm and each Thursday morning from 9am-1pm.
